Came back to Lindberg Flooring after they installed the carpet and bathroom tile in our new home 12 years ago. This time, Mike again measured our downstairs to install wood-look tile. Delores helped us with tile selection and Lewis and his team were proficient and courteous with the installation.

I'm a Realtor and have VERY high expectations. I've used them on my own properties several times and each time, I was completely satisfied with the price and results. Since then, I've been confident enough with their work to recommend them to friends, family and the highest compliment, my clients. I would never recommend someone to my clients that would make me look bad. It's now been over 10 years and I wouldn't use anyone else. I was prompted to write this review because of their exceptional work, price and product. The reason I made sure to follow through, was because I noticed that someone is running an obvious smear campaign. I mean really, who writes a review about something that happened over five years ago?

My experience several years ago was pretty bad from the start. Walked in and the team installing my floor were doing it in the wrong direction. I had to fight with Don a pretty nasty actor and the job was not completed on time. All my furniture had to be put into the garage from the movers since the floors were not completed on time. It was a mess. My floor now is cracked all over the place and shows how poorly it was done not the foundation. I'm betting the good reviews are written by friends or even employees themselves. The good thing is everyday when I look at my floor is reminder that it's very important to get good contractors and now that I do it means everything! The BBB rating does not always reflect a good contractor, just one that fixes the consumer who complains to them. Wish I had maybe I wouldn't be looking at redoing the entire first floor of my home.
